TN40 RV Campground in Lebanon, Tennessee: Full Review

We’re finally on our first longterm RV trip, and I was so excited when the owner of TN40 RV Campground invited us to preview their new and improved digs. We know the new owner from back home, so of course, we had to check it out.The new management team is completely overhauling the campground and adding a ton of new, big rig friendly sites. There is easy highway access from Route 40, and the pull thrus are great for quick overnight stays too.If your gang is anything like mine, boundaries are always a good idea. I highly recommend a fence like this one to keep everyone from roaming around. We always say this was our best purchase ever when it comes to the RV.The campground has toddler and big people pools. It was hopping when we visited. Also, there’s a playground, sports area, laundry room, and bathhouse. They’re in the process of building a brand new bathhouse and setting up Wifi. They do charge a “kid tax” (extra for more than 2 people), so be sure to keep that in mind when you book your stay. TN40 is a generous mix of longterm and short term campers. All the locals were friendly, and my crew loved having lots of new friends to splash around in the pool with. The campground is 29 miles from downtown Nashville and within a few miles of tons of shopping and dining options.

  1. Good Afternoon. We travel for work and we are staying here. We were told that fences are not allowed at your site. We are also having issues with the internet (it doesn’t work at all), we asked if we could get spectrum wifi and cable and we would paid for it to be installed, they told us No. You should also think about Zelle or google pay so people can go online to pay their site rent fees. That would be convenient for everyone that likes to pay online, or works weird hours. That is also no charge to you. I hope this message get forward to the new owners.

    Thanks for you time.

    1. Thank you for your comment. I agree with a lot of your suggestions. We were there during renovations, so we’ll have to visit again when everything is finished.
